Smooth-shelled, cucumbery Pacific oysters raised by the Swinomish tribe on their traditional tidelands in Similk Bay, site of a historical canoe portage to Fidalgo Bay in the north. Nicely balanced by the mineral influence of the fresh Cascades mountain water delivered by the Skagit River and the shot of salinity brought by the ocean surging through Deception Pass. Three sizes available–from medium to griller!
