Willapa Bay

Washington’s WIllapa Bay is the last redoubt of old-school oystering: Big farms, big barges, big shucking houses. It’s all Pacific oysters, and they can be really delicious, thanks to Willapa’s close proximity to the Pacific Ocean. Many of the shucked oysters on the market come from WIllapa Bay.
