Pacific oysters raised for six months in cylindrical tumble-cages and another six months planted on the intertidal flats of Willapa Bay, resulting in a hybrid oyster: Deep, smooth cup of a tumbled oyster, with the frill of a beach-grown.

    A little briny, buttery and delicous. Sitting at a table in front of the storefront and shucking oysters for breakfast was a delight.

    A favorite selection at near weekly oyster outings in Washington, DC, but we haven’t seen these since October 2015.

    Very good, moderately creamy, meaty, lightly briny.
