The original tumbled oyster, and still the flagbearer. Kusshis are tumbled aggressively, resulting in an incredibly smooth-shelled, round oyster of diminutive size, but filled to the edges with plump meat.

    What a lovely oyster! Great brine, especially for a Pacific oyster. Small size, but very full meat with a nice, sweet cucumber finish.
