Shipwreck

Strong-shelled oysters grown by the Dockendorff family, of PEI mussel fame, in the sheltered waters of South Lake, near PEI’s eastern end. One of few oysters grown on that tip of the island. Bottom-grown and fished out with tongs, old-school style.
