Not much flavor, dry finish. Darn it, now that I read what they should have tasted like, I’m disappointed. Will have to find them again. Rowan Jacobsen on March 1, 2015 at 8:28 pm Rating 4 Amazing. These are obviously wild. Unusual gamy flavor, almost like lamb. Not much body, but lots of flavor, and nice strong shells. Irregular, but not too irregular. The pretty green patina is a plus. Try these if you can find them, just to take a walk on the wild side. You may not come back. Submit a Rating Cancel replySign up now to post your rating, or login here.
