Large, choice oysters grown at Salt Water Farms in the cold, deep waters of the East Pass of Narragansett Bay.  Carefully selected for their round, deep, “bear paw” shape.

    Medium brine. Nice meat flavor but slight aftertaste. Overall a good oyster.

    All time favorite oyster. Starts with a blast of salt, has a slightly sweet, firm meat, and an ocean finish that won’t quit. Fabulous.
