Our area is mid to high salinity and that gives just the right amount of salt but doesn’t over power the oyster flavor which finishes up sweet and buttery. The shell shape is controlled by the wave action on our floating bags.I won’t go so far as to say ours are the “best” since that is very subjective and depending on individual tastes but I will say if you give ours a try you won’t be disappointed.
