    Just got these in today and I really enjoyed them. Medium sized oyster, consistent in size as Rowan says, with nice meats and lovely high brine! Shuck nicely as well.

    Extremely consistent in shape, size, and salinity, these are one of the treasures of the Outer Cape, which seems to grow only one kind of oyster: great.
