My favorite Maritime oyster. Nice medium size with a great briny sweetness.
The best and most flavorful of the PEI oysters that we tried. It had a good briny opening bite like many Maritime oysters but was backed up with a mineral and clay-like finish with just a touch of sweetness at the end.
