    Small deep cup – oblong shaped. This one reminds me more of a PEI style like a Raspberry Point. Sweet and salt. Doesn’t have the melon or quite the creaminess of a west coast oyster, but tgat is not a bad thing as these oysters shine and are a great contrast to varieties like Kushi’s.
