A gigantic Malpeque, as long as your hand, with a massive, layered shell and a deep cup with tons of liquor in it. These are Malpeques that aren’t harvested at prime size, so they keep growing for a few more years.

Like dumping a slipper full of stuff into your mouth! Kind of overwhelming, but the taste was very clean and briny, which made it a positive, if intense, experience. One or two of these will do you for the day, and possible the night. Awesome on the grill.
